What information we display

Fitlane AI may display company profiles based on publicly available business information. Company profiles may include:

• Company name, legal form, industry
• Official website and careers page URL
• City and country of headquarters
• Company size range (approximate)
• Public business description
• Technology stack and tags (based on public job postings)
• Links to publicly listed job vacancies

What we do not publish

Fitlane AI does not intentionally collect or publish personal contact details of employees or recruiters without explicit consent. Specifically, we do not publish:

• HR names, recruiter names, employee names
• Personal email addresses
• Phone numbers of individuals
• Personal Telegram, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn profiles
• CVs, salary expectations, or private messages

If personal contact information appears on a company profile by mistake, please submit a data removal request and we will address it promptly.

Sources

Company information may be sourced from publicly accessible business directories, official company websites, public careers pages, and publicly listed job postings. Company descriptions may be generated or summarized from these public sources using AI.

We track the source URL and the date each profile was last verified. We respect robots.txt directives, website terms of service, and applicable rate limits when collecting public data. We do not bypass login walls, CAPTCHAs, or other access restrictions.
